For FundFrame ApS
Our service is available on either a monthly or annual contract basis. There is no required cancellation notice—if you decide not to continue with the service, simply stop making payments, and your access will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle. In the event of a payment failure, we will automatically attempt to reprocess your payment after a brief grace period (for example, 7 days). Should the payment remain unresolved after this period, your account may be temporarily suspended until the payment issues are corrected. We also reserve the right to apply any standard measures (such as account suspension or reminders) to manage non-payment situations.
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any data or content that you upload to, or generate through, the Service (“Customer Data”). Except for the limited rights necessary to store, process, and provide the Service to you, no rights or licenses are granted to us with respect to Customer Data, and we make no claim of ownership over such data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Customer Data is lawfully acquired and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
We will not access, use, reproduce, or disclose Customer Data except as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, or as otherwise expressly permitted by you in writing.
By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from unauthorized access, disclosure, or breaches of your data. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages such as business interruptions or data loss. We strongly encourage users to maintain their own backup and security measures to further safeguard their data.
