Investment CRM

Remember every manager you have ever met.

Your team walks into every meeting knowing everything it has ever learned about the manager. Every conversation and every decision stays on one record from the first meeting, so the next time they raise, why you passed last time is already on the table.

Walk into every meeting with the full history.

Open the manager's record and the whole relationship is there. Who met them and when, what they said about the last fund, how each fund has performed since, and where they sit in your pipeline today. Your team reads it on the way in.

Fund IV

12 May 2026

First meeting on Fund IV

Met Erik and Maria in Stockholm. Same team as III, no departures. Two more exits in II since we passed, both above the last mark (Maria says 2.1x and 1.7x gross). II ex-Hallgrim is now around 1.3x, so the one-deal point is weaker than it was. PPM in the data room. Suggest we pull the 2021 minutes before IC.

Anna Lind

Why we passed in 2021

14 Mar 2021

Passed on Fund III

Pass. II is a one-deal fund. Hallgrim is most of the value, the other seven are below cost. Team is fine and we like the sector, but we can’t underwrite repeatability off one exit. Told Erik we’d look again once more of II has realised. Anna to keep in touch.

IC minutes, Jonas Berg

Know why you passed last time.

A manager you passed on in 2021 is raising again. The decision is on the record with the reason your team gave at the time and who gave it, so the question is whether the reason still holds, not whether anyone remembers.

The pipeline board with a fund card being dragged from Screening into Due Diligence

From the first meeting to the IC memo on one record.

Move a manager from first contact through due diligence to the committee without leaving the record. Every stage keeps the notes and documents from the one before, and the memo your team puts in front of IC draws on all of them.

See the CRM in action.

Follow one manager through the CRM. The record fills up as the team meets them, the pipeline moves them forward, and the reasons behind every decision stay where the next person will find them.

Discover managers beyond your own network.

Your team describes the manager it wants in plain language and FundFrame searches the web and its universe of more than 1,400 managers. Every fund family in that universe carries a prediction of its next fund, so your team knows who is raising next before the deck arrives.

AI Manager Search

Describe the manager you want and import the firms behind the answer with their tags already mapped onto yours.

The Discover table with the predicted next fund for each manager, one popover showing Alpine Investors X expected in 2027 at USD 8.9B

Next Fund Prediction

The year and size of the next fund in each family, read from the pattern in its fundraising history.

On the record

Row of facades along the Copenhagen lakes on a clear day

The sourcing analyst, the investment manager and the committee, on one record.

Flows in

A manager found in the universe arrives with the market data attached. A manager added by hand is enriched from public sources onto your own taxonomy the moment the record is created, and either way the record is the same one.

Flows out

Opening diligence on a manager brings the whole relationship with it, and when the commitment closes the fund moves into Portfolio Monitoring with the diligence file intact.

Common questions

Something else? Get in touch.

A sales CRM is built around leads and a funnel that ends at the sale. FundFrame is built around managers and funds and a relationship that runs for a decade or more. Pipeline stages, meeting history, fund performance and commitments are the record itself rather than fields added to a contact, and nothing has to be configured to make the tool think like an LP.
Everything your team learns about the manager, in one place. The firm's profile and your own tags, every fund in the family with its performance and your decision on each, the contacts you deal with, emails and meeting notes, tasks and files, co-investments, and the screening history with the reason behind each pass. Every change is written to an audit log, so who added or changed what is on the record too.
Copy your FundFrame address on any email, or forward one, and it is filed on the manager's record with its attachments. Meeting notes can be typed straight in or pasted from wherever your team takes them.
FundFrame enriches the record from public sources and maps the result onto your own taxonomy, so the asset classes, fund sizes, geographies and custom fields your team already uses are filled in from the start. Ahead of a meeting, the GP research assistant skill gives you a public news refresh to read on the way in.
More than 1,400 managers with their fund histories, refreshed continuously from public sources. Your team filters by strategy, fund size, geography and vintage, or describes the manager it wants in plain language. Each record carries a prediction of the next fund in the family, read from the pattern in its fundraising history, and team-stability signals from partner movement, and any manager can be shown beside the ones running a comparable strategy at a comparable size.
Yes. FundFrame imports from Excel, CSV and the exports of common CRMs, and the migration is done as part of onboarding, so your managers, meeting history and decisions come across onto the same records.
It is the record every other product reads from. A manager added from the universe arrives with the market data attached. Opening diligence brings the relationship history and meeting notes along. When a commitment closes, the fund moves into Portfolio Monitoring with the diligence file intact, and Forecasting picks it up from there.

Never walk into a meeting cold again.
